Cleveland Browns (2004-present)
2004: Signed as a free agent with the Browns on March 10, 2004.

Dallas Cowboys (1999-2003)
2003: Had a nice start to the season with 1.5 sacks against the Giants, but was in Parcell's dog house by the end of the season... Deactivated in December by Parcells... Lost starting role to Eric Ogbogu... Finished the season with 30 tackles and 2.5 sacks... Also forced two fumbles .

2002: Had career-highs with 43 tackles and 20 quarterback pressures... Had one sack and one forced fumble on the season... Played a large role in a rejuvenated Cowboy defense... Bounced back strong from his back surgery.

2001: Played briefly in the season-opener before being sidelined with a herniated disc in his vertebrae... Ended the season on the IR.

2000: Moved to a reserve role as a situational pass rusher... Led Cowboys with 6.5 sacks... Forced two fumbles to lead the team... Missed four games due to a dislocated toe.

1999: Drafted in the first round by the Cowboys... Appeared in every game, starting two... Named to Pro Football Weekly All-Rookie team... Had 33 tackles and 2.5 sacks on the year... Served as a blocking tight end on a goal line situation... Started for the Cowboys through the playoffs... Made nine tackles against Saints.  

College Experience
North Carolina (1996-1999)
Fulltime starter his final season for the Tarheels, and he made a quick impression... Made 96 tackles and seven sacks his senior year... Was named to the Sporting News All-America team and was named All-ACC... Played in ten games, starting two, his junior year... Converted from tight end to defensive end between his sophomore and junior seasons... Caught six passes for 66 yards and one touchdown as a tight end his freshman and sophomore years.

Contract Status: Signed a four-year contract with the Browns.
