Dallas announced the release of Travis Wilson today in conjunction with the start of training camp.

Travis Wilson was released by the Dallas Cowboys Tuesday, just one day before the start of training camp.

Wilson was originally a third round draft pick (78th overall) in 2006 by the Cleveland Browns out of Oklahoma. He played in four games with one start in his two years with the Browns, recording two catches for 32 yards.

Wilson was released by Cleveland on the final roster reduction in 2008 and signed to the Denver Broncos practice squad on September 3.

He was released by the Broncos on September 23 before signing with the Dallas Cowboys.
