Fourth Round: 'Boys Pick WR/QB Stanback

Isaiah Stanback

The Cowboys selected this former quarterback who looks to play wide receiver in the NFL in the fourth round.

HOW IT HAPPENED: The Cowboys picked up this fourth round pick (No. 103 overall) from the Cleveland Browns on the first day of the draft. The trade sent a second round pick (No. 53 overall) and a sixth round pick (No. 195) to Cleveland for the Browns' third round selection (No. 67), a fourth round pick (No. 103) and a sixth round pick (No. 168).

STANBACK QUOTE: "I'm a team guy. I'll do whatever it takes to get ‘Ws'. I've helped out at receiver and kick returner earlier in my career when I wasn't able to play the position of quarterback, because Cody Pickett was there. It was something I've done before and I'm still willing to do, but I have my goals and I have things I want to get accomplished and I think I'm more of a threat at quarterback."
