Now that Keyshawn Johnson and Drew Henson are in the fold, the question is what's next for the Cowboys. Needs left on their offseason shopping list are upgrades at offensive tackle, running back and cornerback.

Owner Jerry Jones said the Cowboys would address the offensive line in free agency or with a premium draft pick that ensures an immediate impact.

He said the Cowboys would add a running back in free agency, though maybe not a big name -- which leaves open the possibility that the team will also focus on that position at the top of the draft. First round options include Steven Jackson, Chris Perry, Kevin Jones and Greg Jones. Second round options include Michael Turner and Maurice Clarett.

Jerry Jones said cornerback was not a big a priority as originally thought. The team hoped to find a free-agent upgrade from soon to be departed right corner Mario Edwards. Bobby Taylor is a possibility and he wants play for the Cowboys, but the Cowboys have yet to show reciprocal interest. If Dallas doesn't sign a free agent cornerback, Jones said the Cowboys are comfortable with Pete Hunter, Donald Mitchell and possibly Andrew Davison competing for the starting job on the right side opposite Terence Newman.

The team may be in the market for another quarterback, considering there is a real lack of experience behind Quincy Carter. The Cowboys, however, will take the next two months of offseason work, quarterback schools and minicamps to determine what Henson can do. They will also monitor Chad Hutchinson's play in NFL Europe to determine whether either could serve as a viable backup to Carter next season. If both falter, look for them go after a veteran during the second round of free agency, starting June 1. Vinny Testaverde will be cut by the Jets then. Jeff Blake should still be on the market, as well as Doug Pederson.

But there is no question that the Cowboys have been improved by the moves they have already made.

Johnson upgrades the receiver corps and gives them chain-moving weapon third down, defensive end Marcellus Wiley is a certain upgrade from the departed Ebenezer Ekuban and Henson gives them another option for the future at quarterback.
